• For 4-year programs, students must have graduated from Mathayom 6, Vocational Certificate or equivalent.
• For a 4-year program (transfer), must be a graduate of a high vocational certificate, diploma
• Must have sound physical and mental health. That is, they must not have disabilities and must have a personality that the selection committee considers not an obstacle to their studies and careers.
• free of serious communicable diseases and other diseases that the medical committee deems to be an obstacle to study and occupation.
• Never been imprisoned by the final judgment of the court except in the case of an offense committed through negligence or a misdemeanor.

  • 3 copies of a high school certificate, vocational certificate or equivalent
• A copy of Academic Equivalence Certificate (in case of graduating from abroad)
• A copy of identification card.
• A copy of house registration
• A photo at the size of 1 inch
• A copy of proof of name-surname change (if any)

Remarks: All copies of supporting documents must be A4 size with certified signatures.
